The psychological counseling offered on this website is not psychotherapy within the meaning of the German Psychotherapists Act, and it replaces neither psychotherapeutic nor medical treatment. It does not constitute medical care and does not serve to diagnose or treat illness.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
