ADHD
For a variety of reasons, ADHD often goes unrecognized or undiagnosed. When a diagnosis arrives in adulthood, it brings new demands with it — and the question of how to lead your daily life, and your life as a whole, with purpose and to the fullest.
For others, the demands of living with ADHD as an adult are different from those experienced in childhood.
Psychological counseling gives you the space to sense how you experience your ADHD. Our shared aim is for you to understand it better and to come to know it anew. How does it interact with other areas of your life? What are your emotional and behavioral patterns within that dynamic? Where would you like to set change in motion and put your sense of self-efficacy to work?
